1. Tap Settings.
2. Open iCloud.
3. Tap on your account name at the top.
4. Enter your password.
5. Tap Devices
6. Tap on each Device and choose Remove From Account.
7. If you have Family Sharing set up, tap Family and tap Remove in each member of your family.
8. Tap Sign out and Delete from my iPhone
9. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store.
10. Tap Apple ID and Sign Out.
11. Tap Settings > Music.
12. Scroll to the bottom and tap the Apple ID under Home Sharing. Tap Sign Out.
13. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
14. Tap your iCloud account under Accounts and Sign Out.
15. Tap Settings > Messages > Send & Recieve. Tap the Apple ID and Sign Out.
16. Return to the Settings and tap Game Center. Tap Apple ID and Sign Out.
17. Tap Settings >  Facetime. Tap Apple ID and Sign Out.
